The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Shams Al-Insaniya Organization participated as one of the attendees in the seventh cohort of the Young Leaders Program, titled “An Introduction to Social Democracy and Youth Participation in Political Life.”
This experience opens the door to rethinking the role of youth in public affairs—not merely as recipients, but as an active and influential force.
The first workshop was launched in Basra, Al-Fayhaa, focusing on key concepts such as democracy, leadership, and political participation, in addition to highlighting the role of women in political engagement.
This experience was not limited to providing knowledge; it also stimulated many questions and broadened perspectives, making it an important step toward deeper awareness and more effective participation.
