As part of the “Enhancing the empowerment of women leaders in the face of environmental and societal challenges” project, in collaboration with the Women for Women World organization, and with generous support from the UK’s International Aid Fund, the Shams Al-Anbar Organization for Women and Children (SHAO) organized a specialized training workshop in Ramadi district on February 27, 2025, on techniques for converting plant waste into organic fertilizer.
This workshop aims to empower women to adopt sustainable environmental solutions and enhance their role in addressing climate and societal challenges by developing practical skills that contribute to achieving environmental sustainability and supporting the local economy.
