Week 2 – Women’s Empowerment Program / Anbar
For the second week in a row, the Shams Al-Anbar Organization for Women and Children participated in a training workshop held in Fallujah on “Developing Strategic Plans for Women’s Empowerment Programs.” The workshop was implemented by the Baghdad Women’s Association and supported by CARE Iraq International. The workshop topics covered the role of women in social mediation and conflict management, how to develop organizations in the field of human capital, and the art of persuasion in strategic planning.
