Shams Al-Insaniya Organization for Women and Children, in cooperation with the Committee for Countering Violent Extremism in Salah Al-Din Governorate, and with the support of German Cooperation,
🟦 implemented the founding meeting of the “Bridges of Hope Forum”,
held in Tikrit – Salah Al-Din on 3/11/2025.
The meeting was attended by 15 forum members and opened with a comprehensive overview of the Bridges of Hope project and its community-focused objectives.
The meeting discussed the roles and responsibilities of the members and agreed on the Forum’s charter, which regulates joint work and strengthens team spirit. It also included setting the schedule for upcoming monthly meetings, in addition to identifying the training needs of forum members with the aim of building their capacities and developing their skills.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the meeting minutes were drafted, and the key points and recommendations were approved, which will contribute to launching the Forum’s work in an effective and organized manner within the activities of the Bridges of Hope project.
