Prevent Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism Project- Baghdad
Shams Al-Anbar Organization for Women and Children participated in the first training workshop on the first date, which was held by the German organization Candid on 2024/9/28/27, in the presence of the subcommittee to combat violent extremism in Anbar Governorate. The project targets five governorates (Anbar – Kirkuk – Najaf – Basra – Mosul) with the support and funding of the German Agency for International Cooperation GIZ. The most important challenges facing society in the five governorates in combating extremism leading to terrorism and designing projects in the five targeted governorates were discussed.
