The Shams Al-Anbar Organization for Women and Children (SHAO) participated in the training workshop held by the United States Agency on the importance of citizen participation in the decision-making process regarding service provision, with the attendance of representatives from civil society organizations, members of the provincial council, and directors of service departments. The most important mechanisms and means of involving citizens in decision-making processes regarding service provision from service departments were discussed.
