On 12/2/2025 ,within the “Partners in Peace” project, Shams Al-Anbar Organization for Women and Children held a training workshop in the Baghdad Provincial Council entitled “Initiative to Reduce Violent Extremism”, in partnership with the Human for Humanity Organization, in cooperation with the Committee for Combating Violent Extremism Leading to Terrorism, and with the support of the United Nations Development Program.
The workshop aimed to enhance the capabilities and skills necessary to combat violent extremism and reduce its negative impact on society, with the participation of representatives from various sectors.
The organization stressed that this initiative represents an important step towards promoting peace and stability in Iraq, stressing the importance of cooperation and partnerships to achieve this goal
