Within the framework of the “Bridges of Hope” project, and with support from German Cooperation and in coordination with the Salah al-Din Governorate’s Subcommittee for Combating Violent Extremism,

the Shams Al-Insaniya Organization for Women and Child (SHAO) held a dialogue session on October 27, 2025, entitled:

🎨 “A Session for Formulating Community Ideas and Messages”

This session brought together a select group of members from the Subcommittee for Combating Violent Extremism, members of the Bridges of Hope Forum, and professors and students from the College of Fine Arts for an interactive dialogue aimed at inspiring and formulating meaningful artistic and community ideas and messages that contribute to spreading a culture of peace and coexistence. These messages will be published later in the Bridges of Hope project’s electronic and print magazine.

🕊 The session included constructive discussions on combating extremism, promoting the values ​​of tolerance, and how artistic creativity can be transformed into a tool for positive change within society.

🤝 This session confirms the commitment of the Shams Al-Insaniya Organization (SHAO) to continue its efforts in empowering youth and innovators, strengthening community partnerships and building bridges of communication between various actors, in order to spread messages of peace and consolidate social cohesion in Salah al-Din Governorate.
