With great pride, Shams Al-Insaniya Organization for Women and Children (SHAO) organized an advanced training on feminist leadership in Al-Ayadiyah Subdistrict, Nineveh Governorate, which lasted for three days, with the participation of a group of women leaders and activists from Al-Ayadiyah.
🎯 The training aimed to enhance women’s skills in leadership, decision-making, and community initiative management, empowering them to play an active role in supporting stability and local development.
