مشروع “تعزيز القيادة النسوية من أجل العدالة البيئية والأمن والسلام

ضمن مشروع “تعزيز القيادة النسوية من أجل العدالة البيئية والأمن والسلام”، نظّمت منظمة SHAO في محافظة صلاح الدين، بتاريخ 23 نيسان 2025، الجلسة القانونية التوعوية الثالثة الخاصة بالنساء، بهدف رفع وعيهن القانوني وتعزيز قدرتهن على المطالبة بحقوقهن.

تناولت الجلسة ثلاث محاور رئيسية تمس واقع المرأة بشكل مباشر: قانون الأحوال الشخصية: تم خلاله مناقشة قضايا الزواج، الطلاق، الحضانة، والميراث. قانون العمل: تركز الحديث حول حقوق المرأة في بيئة العمل، والمساواة في الأجور. العنف ضد النساء: ناقش هذا المحور سبل الحماية القانونية والدعم المتاح للنساء المعنّفات.

كانت الجلسة مساحة آمنة للحوار وتبادل الخبرات، وأسهمت في تعزيز الوعي القانوني لدى المشاركات.

As part of the project “Strengthening Women’s Leadership for Environmental Justice, Security, and Peace,” SHAO in Salah al-Din Governorate organized the third legal awareness session for women on April 23, 2025, with the aim of raising their legal awareness and enhancing their ability to claim their rights.

The session addressed three main topics directly affecting women’s lives:

Personal Status Law: Issues of marriage, divorce, custody, and inheritance were discussed.

Labor Law: The discussion focused on women’s rights in the workplace and equal pay.

Violence against Women: This topic discussed legal protection and support available to abused women.

The session was a safe space for dialogue and exchange of experiences and contributed to enhancing the legal awareness of participants.
