منظمة شمس الأنبار للمرأة والطفل SHAO

ضمن جهود المستمرة لدعم المرأة وتعزيز مشاركتها الفاعلة في بناء السلام وصنع القرار، نفذت مبادرة بعنوان “مشاركة المرأة في صنع القرار” في مدينة تكريت، وبالتعاون مع مديرية شباب ورياضة صلاح الدين . ضمن إطار مشروع “القيادة النسوية من أجل العدالة البيئية والأمن والسلام في محافظة صلاح الدين”.

استهدفت المبادرة 20 امرأة و15 مشاركًا من صناع القرار في محافظة صلاح الدين.

هدفت الجلسة إلى رفع الوعي وبناء القدرات في مجالات الحقوق والقيادة النسوية، لتعزيز ثقافة المساواة بين الجنسين والتعاون المشترك في عملية صنع القرار وتعزيز اندماج المرأة في المجتمع وتمكينها من المشاركة الفاعلة في صنع القرارات السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية.

تندرج هذه المبادرة ضمن رؤية منظمة (SHAO) الرامية إلى تمكين النساء والفتيات في مختلف المحافظات العراقية، وفتح آفاق جديدة أمامهن للمشاركة والإسهام في تحقيق العدالة والسلام والتنمية المستدامة.

Al-Anbar Shams Organization for Women and Children (SHAO)

As part of its ongoing efforts to support women and enhance their active participation in peacebuilding and decision-making, SHAO implemented an initiative titled “Women’s Participation in Decision-Making” in the city of Tikrit. This initiative is part of the project Enhancing Women’s Leadership for Environmental Justice, Security and Peace in Salahuddin Governorate

The initiative targeted 20 women and 15 decision-makers from Salah al-Din Governorate.

The session aimed to raise awareness and build capacities in the areas of women’s rights and feminist leadership, in order to promote a culture of gender equality and foster collaborative decision-making processes. It also sought to enhance women’s integration into society and empower them to actively participate in political, social, and economic decision-making.

This initiative aligns with SHAO’s vision of enhancing women and girls across various Iraqi provinces and opening new opportunities for them to contribute to achieving justice, peace, and sustainable development.
