Shams Al-Anbar Organization for Women and Children (SHAO) implemented a specialized training workshop in e-marketing and customer service, which lasted for four days, from February 10 to 13, 2025, and witnessed the participation of 20 women and girls of different ages. The participants were provided with the skills and knowledge necessary to interact with the challenges of the digital market, and enhance their capabilities in the fields of e-marketing and customer service, which contributes to empowering them to face the societal and environmental challenges in their areas. This activity is part of the “Women and Peace” project, which is implemented in partnership with the “Women for Women of the World” organization, and with generous funding from the United Kingdom’s International Support Fund.
