مشروع تعزيز القيادة النسوية من أجل العدالة البيئية والأمن والسلام في محافظة صلاح الدين

ضمن إطار مشروع تعزيز القيادة النسوية من أجل العدالة البيئية والأمن والسلام في محافظة صلاح الدين، نفذت منظمة SHAO ورشة تدريبية (TOT) استمرت لمدة ثلاثة أيام حول:
“قرار مجلس الأمن 1325 وأجندة المرأة والسلام والأمن” 🕊️💬
استهدفت الورشة 20 امرأة من الناشطات والفاعلات في المجتمع المحلي بمحافظة صلاح الدين، وركّزت على بناء قدراتهن في مفاهيم القرار 1325، وتمكينهن من أدوات التخطيط والمناصرة للمشاركة الفاعلة في عمليات السلام وصنع القرار.
شهدت الورشة تفاعلاً كبيرًا من المشاركات، وتخللتها جلسات تدريبية عملية ونقاشات مفتوحة حول تحديات تنفيذ القرار على المستوى المحلي، إضافة إلى تطوير خطط عمل أولية لدعم مشاركة المرأة في قضايا الأمن والسلام. 🌱✨

🌿 As part of the project “Promoting Feminist Leadership for Environmental Justice, Security, and Peace” in Salah Al-Din Governorate, SHAO Organization conducted a three-day Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop on:
“UN Security Council Resolution 1325 and the Women, Peace, and Security Agenda” 🕊️💬
The workshop targeted 20 local women activists and community leaders from Salah Al-Din, aiming to strengthen their knowledge of Resolution 1325 and equip them with tools for planning, advocacy, and active participation in peace processes and decision-making spaces.
The sessions were highly interactive, featuring practical training components and open discussions on local implementation challenges. Participants also began developing initial action plans to promote women’s roles in peace and security at the community level. 🌱✨
